Established in 2011, at Breakthrough Psychology Practice we have more than 15 years of experience and draw from Evidence-based Therapies to suit our clients and their presenting challenge. Psychological/Counselling services

Counselling will enable you to develop greater insights into various factors that might be predisposing and maintaining your psychological concerns. Therapy enables you to develop greater self awareness and to make positive changes in your life. As you dwell deeper into your psyche or inner critic, you may learn how to be present, be the witness, create awareness, process strong negative emotions and make positive changes in your life.  In the short term you learn to effectively manage your symptoms, and in the long term you may learn to be kind/compassionate to yourself, understand that common humanity involves recognising that human condition is imperfect and embrace painful thoughts and emotions which makes you resilient through the difficult moments in your life.

Treatment Modalities

Our practice offers a wide range of Psychological Assessment and Counselling services for individuals (children, adolescents, adults), couples and families. We offer crisis, short-medium term counselling with a longer term psychotherapy, if required.
